In addition to our exceptional block management services we also offer our clients bespoke maintenance services tailored to meet the needs of their property.

We use contractors that are proven professionals in their respective fields and we insist that they have accreditations such as NICEIC, CHAS and Safe Contractor – ensuring that we only ever use the best.

To help give our clients even greater peace of mind, we require that our contractors have a minimum of £5m public liability insurance for all standard works and £10m public liability insurance for more specialised works; such as roof repairs and major works.

We provide regular photographic and written progress reports to our clients for every job, so that you are well informed at all times.

This is especially helpful to our Managing Agent clients, who often need to provide this type of information to their customers.

Reports are provided electronically directly from site and our operatives are also in constant telephone contact with the customer.

We help to take project management out of your hands, allowing you to focus your attention where is it most needed.

Same day service

We understand that not all jobs can wait for the next available appointment.

Our operatives are on standby to attend with little or no notice on the same day and they will not leave until the problem has been fixed, or at the very least, a temporary ‘holding repair’ can be undertaken pending approval for further works.

Clients are always advised in advance of any contractors that will be attending, including the name and estimated time of arrival.
